The Ohio County Clerk’s Office Does Not Perform Marriage Ceremonies

-For Indiana residents, at least one applicant must reside in Ohio County. -Applicants that reside in a different Indiana County may not apply in Ohio County. -Out-of-state residents may apply for a marriage license in Ohio County ONLY if the ceremony is performed in Ohio County.
